Security Compatibility Issue

To ensure compliance with FotoKem's security standards, nextSPOT is ending support for Firefox. Please transition to Google Chrome, Apple Safari, or Microsoft Edge.

Safari Support Ending

Starting October 13, 2026, nextSPOT will no longer support Apple Safari. Please use Google Chrome when accessing nextSPOT on macOS.

If you use the nextSPOT Auto-Download Agent, please make sure you upgrade to the latest version between October 7 and October 13.

Then download and install the latest version:

Download nextSPOT Downloader

Already installed? Try these steps:

  1. Make sure you're running the latest version of the nextSPOT Downloader. You can check this in the nextSPOT configure tool on your computer.
  2. If you're running an older version, uninstall it first, then download and install the latest version using the button above.
  3. Make sure the nextSPOT Downloader is open and running on your computer, then click this link to test the connection. It opens in a new tab:
    http://127.0.0.1:8819/
  4. If the page shows "No Handler for URL", that's good. It means the connection works. You can close that tab.
  5. Make sure the older version is no longer running by opening this link:
    https://local.fotokemglobal.com:8819/
    If this page loads, the older version is still running in the background.
  6. If the older version is still running, close it completely. On Windows, end it in Task Manager (Ctrl+Shift+Esc). On Mac, use Force Quit (Cmd+Option+Esc). If that doesn't work, restart your computer.
  7. Come back to this page, refresh it (press F5 on Windows or Cmd+R on Mac), and start your download again.
